: OK, I know you're all probably tired of me posting crap about the car every few hours, but hey, it's fun to be able to finally let'er rip after a couple of years, plus I'm testing some new code.
: I'm going to Home Depot last night and I get on the onramp to get on the freeway (onramp goes down since the road is an overpass over the freeway). : I shift to second and punch it, as I hit about 40-45mph and around 5500 rpms (full bore boost at 18psi) the rear end broke loose, the tires chirped a couple of times, and my traction control kicked in... now THAT will make you wet your pants ;-) It was pretty sweet as usually you expect the wheels to break when you punch it, but these 600's ramp up in power so quick when they go that it breaks loose on the top end instead. I'm discovering that I'm actually hesitant to go higher than 5800 rpm in 2nd gear... it's too crazy. : It took me the rest of the trip to get the grin pried off my face. :-)
